Terms of Service

By creating an account, booking an event, uploading media, or accessing a FlashPhoto gallery, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FlashPhoto is provided by Tekloomy (OPC) Private Limited. Contact: chirukesh@flashphoto.in.

FlashPhoto enables event photo sharing through private galleries, QR access, optional AI face grouping, live streaming features, downloads, and print ordering. Features may vary by plan and are subject to change as we improve the product.

Organisers and photographers must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have authority to bind your organisation to these terms.

Uploaders represent that they have the right to share photos and videos uploaded to an event gallery, including consent from identifiable individuals where required by applicable law.

You grant FlashPhoto a limited licence to host, process, display, and transmit your content solely to operate the service — including generating thumbnails, face embeddings for search, and secure delivery to authorised guests.

You must not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or explicit content without appropriate permissions and compliance with local regulations.

Guests access galleries through links or QR codes provided at events. Guest access is read-only unless a feature explicitly allows interaction such as print orders. Guests must not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape galleries, or misuse downloaded media.

Paid plans, print orders, and add-ons are billed according to pricing shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy or required by law.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorised access
• Use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
• Resell or sublicense the platform without written consent
• Overload systems or interfere with other users

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, or event-day network issues may affect access. Support is provided on a reasonable efforts basis via contact channels.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlashPhoto is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to FlashPhoto in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or legal requirements. Upon termination, access to galleries may be disabled according to your plan and retention settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
